چکیده
Abstract Poultry meat is a great source of protein and provides lots nutrients such as iodine, iron, zinc, vitamins, essential fatty acids that humans require. The positive applications metal nanoparticles (NPs) in the diets various poultry species were studied, relation to their metabolic, antibacterial effects on digestion regulation bowel function. This study was carried out test fabrication green silver (AgNPs) Corallina elongata extract and/or coating NPs with acetic acid performance, immune response parameters micro-flora population Ross broiler. Chicks’ drinking water mixed bio-AgNPs (1 mM) for 35 days. Fourier-transform infrared spectroscopy, electron dispersive spectroscopy (EDS) analysis, scanning microscopy, high resolution transmission microscope used determine partial physiochemical characterizations ones. EDS analysis presence AgNP meat. Results confirmed reduced percentage population, which detected by VITEK ® 2 system (BioMérieux, France) identified Pseudomonas orizihabitain 4211210040000210 Sphinogomonas paucimobilis 5201210040000210. chicks disappearance Ag metals. Coating biogenic AgNPs modulated intestinal microbial populations broiler may be safe, could alternative antibiotics or agents besides physiological performance small intestines chicken.

a simple, rapid and low-cost scanner spectroscopy method for the glucose determination by utilizing glucose oxidase and cdte/tga quantum dots as chromoionophore has been described. the detection was based on the combination of the glucose enzymatic reaction and the quenching effect of h2o2 on the cdte quantum dots (qds) photoluminescence.in this study glucose was determined by utilizing glucose...
Influence of Dietary Fat Source on Growth Performance Responses and Carcass Traits of Broiler Chicks
This study was conducted to determine the effects of three different fat sources and their combination on growth performance, carcass traits and intestinal measurements of broiler chickens reared to 42 d of age. Two hundred day-old male broiler chicks (Ross 308) were randomly assigned to one of five treatments with four replicates of 10 chicks based on a completely randomized design. The dietar...
